Terms & Conditions
- All contracts must be confirmed in writing, at which point an Engagement Letter and valid reference number will be issued before any services commence.
- Service Time is tracked and rounded to the nearest 15-minute increment.
- Minimum charge for hourly services is 2 hours per calendar month. The 2 hours can be used throughout any calendar month period.
- Ad hoc Services will be invoiced monthly, at the end of each calendar month.
- Package Services will be invoiced monthly, at the end of each calendar month.
- Unused Package hours do not roll over to the next month; any extra hours will be billed at the agreed-upon hourly rate.
- Project-based Services will be invoiced monthly, at the end of each calendar month.
- Payments must be made via bank transfer only.
- Payment Terms: Due 7 Working Days from date of Invoice.
- Prices are based on Remote Working – In House Working is available – Quotations for this service can be provided.
